Balances may be checked by visiting one of our store locations, or by calling our Customer Service Department at (800) 898-2994 extension 1 - Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Gift cards with a 19 digit number can be looked up online by visiting our Big 5 Gift Card Page, powered by Buyatab.

Redeem My Gift Card

Gift cards can be redeemed online on the Big 5 web site and at any Big 5 Sporting Goods location. Use the store locator to find the store nearest you. To be redeemed online, the Big 5 Gift Card must have a 19-digit number and a PIN. If you have questions or problems redeeming your Big 5 Gift Card please call the Customer Service Department at (800) 898-2994 Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Do gift cards expire?

Big 5 Sporting Goods gift cards never expire.

Can I add additional money to my gift card?

Yes, additional funds can be added to an active gift card at any Big 5 Sporting Goods store.
